Engineering, development, manufacturing and testing of steam turbosets with a power range from 700 kW to 100 MW, up to the handover to the customer/operator.

That includes:

  • Layout and calculation of steam-turbines according to load point tables or complete water-steam-cycles
  • Outline draft and complete arrangement engineering using 3D-CAD: concrete foundation, concrete turbine-table, or compact steel frame with integrated oil unit
  • Piping engineering with isometric drawings and bills of material
  • Process engineering and P&ID diagrams with lists for instrumentation and armatures and other lists
  • Functional diagrams, control diagrams and HMI
  • Supply and erection of components at site, using crane through open roof or lifting devices
  • Lump-sum erection or erection supervision
  • Lump-sum commissioning or commissioning supervision
  • Acceptance measurements and acceptance test report
  • Supervision of trial run
  • Supply of complete documentation containing instruction manual, operational and quality documentation
  • After-sales service like small and mayor overhauls. Spare parts as well as LTSA (Long term service agreements)
