Basic declaration

TGM Kanis Turbinen GmbH primary goal is to achieve a maximum of quality, health & safety at work as well as environmental protection within the assigned tasks.
We want to achieve a continuous improve-ment of all technical and operational processes for the benefit of our customers as well as for protecting our own interests.

Self-understanding of our work implies a trustfull relationship, personal integrity, responsibility and respect.

We assure to have information from the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our products, processes and activities, and include such requirements as a part of our management system.

We commit ourselves to the compliance with legal requirements.

The high standards regarding quality, occupational health, plant safety, health protection and environmental protection is supported by an integrated management system that meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 as well as Occupational Health- and Risk-Managementsystems (OHRIS). OHRIS fulfills the “Guidelines on occupational safety and health management systems, ILO-OSH 2001”, the “National Guidelines on Occupational Safety and Health Management System”.

Quality and customer satisfaction

We have set ourselves the target to create a solid and trust-based partnership between us and our customers by offering economic and competitive products and services.
So:

The management sets these business targets as well as the required corporate strategy and fixes the resulting targets for the business activities, the personnel qualifications as well as the finances.

Occupational health, safety, health and environmental protection

Our enployees are our most valuable assets.
Modern techniques, proven procedures and testing equipment as well as trained and experienced personnel are the basis to avoid accidents, labour diseases, labour related health hazards as well as environmental and property damages.

The management has taken the necessary measures, preserving health of our employ-ees and third parties as well as maintaining a healthy environment for us and our clients.
To achieve these targets, we:

  • train our employees as well as emplyees of our subcontractors working for us.
  • enable our employees for the assigned job by appropriate training.
  • carry out assessments on working conditions and determine the corresponding measures.
  • initiate immediate corrective actions in case of detecting deficiencies at working equipment and procedures.

All employees are required to participate actively in the occupational health and always behave safety requirements and health conscious.

By constant evaluation of potential hazards and risks necessary preventive measures to be initiated are:

  • Prevention of accidents, occupational diseases and work-related health hazards,
  • prevention of environmental and property damages,
  • continuous improvement of the occupational safety management system.

The management of TGM Kanis Turbinen GmbH considers the implementation of this company policy to be of crucial importance and as a precondition for improved efficiency and thus for a durable employment.
